Role of a Health Coach

Health Coaches play a critical role in the success of an individual’s wellness and health goals. Health Coaches are well-versed in a variety of health-related topics and provide support and accountability through the ups and downs of the behaviour change process. They use best practices such as motivational interviewing to help clients find their intrinsic motivation and educate and empower clients to make the best decisions for their wellbeing.
