Hi, I’m Kayo!

For most of my twenties I was the woman who had it together on the outside. Four countries. Twelve moves. A career that looked ambitious and a body that was quietly falling apart underneath it all.

Chronic bloating. Skin that wouldn't clear. Hormonal chaos. Energy that disappeared by midday. I spent years treating the symptoms — cutting foods, trying supplements, pushing through harder workouts — without ever asking why they were happening in the first place.

When I finally did the work to understand the root causes — the gut damage, the chronic inflammation, the cortisol dysregulation I'd been running on for years — everything changed. My gut healed. My skin cleared. My hormones balanced. My energy came back in a way it hadn't since my early twenties.

I built Kayzen Wellness because I knew I wasn't the only one going through this. And because the approach that actually worked for me wasn't being talked about in mainstream wellness.

I'm a Certified Integrative Nutritionist and Health Coach (IIN), Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor (ISSA), with additional training in Nutritional Psychiatry. I work with women who are done managing symptoms and ready to understand what's actually causing them.
