My approach, grounded in my certification as an Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach, uses the proven IINtegrative Coaching Method™ from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s leading nutrition and health coaching school.
Core Principle 1: Integrative Nutrition & Food as Medicine
Your diet is crucial for physical health. Understanding that not all calories are equal and ensuring a healthy diet high in nutrient density and quality whole foods is the number one way to support your gut microbiome and liver detoxification, both of which are crucial for overall wellbeing and to prevent chronic diseases. Your nutrition will always have a huge impact on your mood, levels of inflammation, (stress) hormones, brain chemistry, detoxification processes, circulatory and lymphatic systems, and physical, mental, and emotional health.

Even the healthiest diet cannot compensate for imbalances in primary food (see core principle 2). True health requires nourishment both on and off the plate.
Core Principle 2: Multidimensional Health
True health extends far beyond diet and exercise. It encompasses all life aspects—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. "Primary food" areas like creativity, spirituality, career, education, health, physical activity, home cooking, home environment, relationships, social life, and joy, all nourish you deeply and are as crucial as "secondary food" (the actual food you eat).
